TECH NOTES: Our grapes come from the famous Lucas and Lewellen Vineyards in the Santa Maria Valley of Santa Barbara County. Hand picked at optimum ripeness, whole cluster pressed and cold fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve the natural flavors. 100% un-oaked.
